Installation Instructions & Videos
- Prepare the vehicle: Park the UTV on a flat surface and engage the parking brake for safety. Ensure the vehicle is turned off and the key is removed.
- Jack up the UTV: Use a jack or lift to raise the UTV off the ground. Make sure to place jack stands or blocks to support the vehicle securely.
- Remove the wheels: Loosen the lug nuts on the wheels using a lug wrench or impact wrench. Then, carefully remove the wheels from the UTV.
- Clean the hub surface: Use a wire brush or cleaning cloth to remove any dirt or debris from the hub surface where the spacer will be installed. Ensure it is clean and smooth for proper installation.
- Install the spacers: Take the spacer and align it with the wheel studs on the hub. Carefully slide the spacer onto the studs, ensuring it fits snugly and evenly. Make sure the spacer is seated properly against the hub.
- Reinstall the wheels: Place the wheels back onto the spacer studs and hand-tighten the lug nuts. Ensure the wheels are centered and aligned properly.
- Torque the lug nuts: Use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer's recommended torque specification. Tighten them in a crisscross pattern to ensure even tightening.
- Lower the UTV: Carefully lower the UTV using the jack or lift until the wheels touch the ground. Remove the jack stands or blocks and lower the vehicle completely.
- Final tightening: Use the torque wrench again to double-check the lug nut tightness and ensure they are properly tightened.
- Test and verify: Start the UTV and take it for a short test drive to ensure everything feels and functions correctly. Pay attention to any vibrations or abnormalities and address them if necessary.
